Terms and Conditions/ Rescheduling /Cancellations

Thank you for registering at One Touch Training CPR. We understand that emergencies can happen at any time, so please read our cancellation, return, and refund policies below.

Students are allowed to reschedule their courses for any reason. However, they must submit a 24-hours prior notice before the registered class. Students cannot get refunds for their registered classes. We give refunds only when cancellations of classes are made by us.
If we have to cancel a class, we inform the students through a phone call, text message, or an email before the class and announce the reschedule date. Students can request if they want a full refund.
Students are responsible to inform via phone or email if they have to skip a scheduled class.

Students should arrive early. If you are 15 minutes late to your scheduled class, the instructor will turn you away and you will need to reschedule the class.

Rescheduled classes are organized based on the availability of seats. You must complete them within thirty days of your original class date. If you cannot, you will not get your refund.
Students must make payments before the class.
No shows forfeit all class fee's
Students must buy course books. As per American Heart Association, every student must have a course textbook to use to reference, before, during, and after the course certification. Students with no books will not receive certified cards.
Book prices are not negotiable.

Returns
Used books, and books in slightly damaged positions are not eligible to be returned. You must provide the book in its original packaging in order to return it.
You can deliver the item on your own, or pay for the shipping cost.
You must provide a purchase receipt of your item when you return.
E-books and online/blended courses can NEVER be returned or refunded.

Refunds
If you want to refund a textbook item for your registered class, the item must be in its original shrink wrap.
If your return is accepted, you will receive a refund on your credit card (from where you purchased the item).
Your payments will arrive in a few days, depending on your credit card bank policies.
 
Shipping
Books will not be shipped to homes. Books will be provided during class.
