Deborah Santana is the owner of the Small Businesses "One Touch Training” and “One Touch Consulting”.

She has spent most of her career in public service industries. She worked as a counselor with the Department of Corrections, handling a caseload of over 300 inmates at the largest sex offender prison in the state of Georgia. Due to the quality of her service, she was selected by the prison commissioner to become a trainer for Peace Officer Standard Training (Post). Deborah graduated and earned her Post Certification Training Certification at Georgia Public Safety Training Center. She has trained law enforcement officials, military personnel, CERT teams , and Wardens with Department of Corrections.

Prior to working for Department of Corrections she worked for Department of Family and Children Services as a Child Protective Services Investigator. She specialized in child death cases and crimes committed by high ranking officials. Her team earned the purple award by the governor of Georgia for their thorough investigations and timely responses. She also worked for Pacific Educational Services as a co-facilitator for court ordered drug and alcohol classes.

Deborah is also a Licensed Instructor with the American Heart Association Specializing in Basic Life Support (BLS) training. She earned her Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Business from Troy University of Georgia. She graduated with honors-Phi Theta kappa .

Deborah holds a smalls Business Certifications DGS# 2026965. She also holds certifications that allow her work with persons with mental health disabilities, substance abuse, intimate partner violence, human trafficking, suicide prevention and use of deadly force. She has trained in areas of fire safety. CPR First Aid AED, child and Infant pediatrics, BLS for health care providers, hazard and ccommunication standards and asbestos awareness, and the effects of abuse and neglect,

Deborah is a trainer, instructor and facilitator.
